With over a decade of experience, Miranda combines Myofascial Release, Biodynamic Massage (Gerda Boyesen approach with a stethoscope), Remedial Therapy, and Deep Tissue techniques to help alleviate pain and discomfort throughout the body.

Miranda is a certified BASI Pilates instructor and also offers Pilates classes in Bideford and Barnstaple, incorporating her specialized Famo Fascia Movement method. This approach brings a fresh perspective to Pilates, enhancing body awareness and movement efficiency for a truly unique experience.
