How is This Funded & Managed?

The strategy is supported by various funding sources, including the Shared Prosperity Fund (until March 2025), Arts Council England, Community Infrastructure Levy, Garfield Weston Foundation, and other grants.

Management is led by Torridge District Council, working alongside local stakeholders like the Bideford Regeneration Board, Cultural Compact, and community partners to drive investment and oversee development.
