Bideford 10k Run

#Bideford10K Charity Run draws in fans and participants

• Runners of all abilities are welcome and will receive a new 2024 medal bespoke to each of our races as well as a t-shirt.

Run the Bideford 10k and support Children’s Hospice South West! Runners of all abilities are welcome and will receive a new 2024 medal bespoke to each of our races as well as a t-shirt. The top 3 male and female runners win a cash prize, £250 for 1st man and woman plus a £50 bonus if the winner sets a new course record – male 30:25 (2021), female 35:33 (2002).

Now in its 30th year This running race starts and finishes very close to Bideford Amateur Athletic Club and takes in the magnificent countryside alongside the RTaw and Torridge. The course heads out on the road on instow and returns on the Tarka Trail.   It is moderately flat with only two small inclines view the course.  Please read the Race T&Cs and Cancellation policy
