Bideford Rainbo Fun Run

The run will be loops of Victoria park - each loop is approximately 1k - we will mark this out for you - it’s a fun run - so the aim is to have fun and get covered in colour! Please feel free to keep looping the park and visit the stations several times! If you don’t want to run please feel free to enter an walk the course.

We advise wearing a white T-shirt for the event - the whiter the clothing the more you’ll benefit from the experience!

We will provide all entrants with sunglasses for the event - these need to be worn around the course - all of our paint powders are non toxic - but they may irritate your eyes!

Every attendee will be provided with a bottle of drinking water at the end of the run - please make sure you stay hydrated before and after the event.
