Entry online  is the fastest way to get your name onto the starting sheet. 

British Triathlon / UCI Rules Apply : No Time Trial Bikes - Drafting is allowed.

Registration on the day will open at 07:00 and close at 08:45. The triathlon itself will start at 09:15 am. Swimmers will start in the water and will be set off in batches of 10 at a time to ease congestion in and out of the transition area. Transition area will be at the Quay, Bideford

Swim : - From Bank End Slipway to The Gig Steps

Cycle : - Towards Torrington A386, at 5.6 km turn left to Weare Gifford. Steep down sharp left under bridge. follow through Weare Gifford, past the golf club and up School Lane into Torrington 11.7 km. At junction stop "Foot Down". Turn right through Torrington A386 down Station Hill, 13.6 km turn left Rakeham Hill, 13.9 km turn right toward Monkleigh, At T junction 16.3 km in Monkleigh turn right, A388 Saltrens, At T junction 19.7 km turn left A368 Bideford, At far end of Bideford Quay 23.3 km turn right back into Transition.

Run : To Bideford Old bridge, turn left cross bridge, turn left, past Clarence Wharf car park turn left into Ethelwynn Close, Turn right through gate onto Tarka trail turn left toward Instow. At halfway mark come back to the finish along the same route.
