Community Gardening - Every Tuesday & Sunday

Volunteer with the community gardening team in Bideford 

When: Every Sunday morning  - Tuesday afternoons  
Time: 10-11.30am. Sunday mornings - Tuesday afternoon vary, check social media for times
Where: Meet at the front of the car park beside the river and then take a tour across our various beds*
What: You don't need to be a gardener, everyone is welcome. Garden in different locations across town.Tend our veg and flower beds beside the Burton and in Victoria park and in the Riverbank Car Park along the river.Gardening gloves are advised. Raincoats or Sun hats might be necessary!

We meet at different locations every Sunday morning :

• 1st Sunday of the month we work in Old Town Park
• 2nd Sunday of the month we meet at the front of Riverbank Car Park for gardening along the river and in Victoria Park.
• 3rd Sunday of the month we meet at the Bridge St Car Park where we have a large herb garden and planters along Bridge St.
• 4th Sunday of the month we meet at the front of Riverbank Car Park for gardening along the river and in Victoria Park.

Tuesday afternoon sessions tend to vary a little more as to where we are needed, details can be found on our social media pages.
