Free Yoga - Every Sunday

Free Yoga in Bideford 

• Where: Victoria Park - Meet by the flagpole in Victoria Park.
• When: Every Sunday morning, from 4th May - 14th September
• Time: 9.30am - 10.30am.
• No need to book, just turn up with a mat or blanket and join in! 
   

FREE outdoor yoga. 

All are welcome! Bring a mat if you have one (if you don’t a towel or blanket will do just fine!) and kick start your Sunday the best way with one of your incredible local yoga teachers!
