Park Yoga is coming to Victoria Park!

FREE outdoor yoga every Sunday morning, from 5th May - 15th September, 9.30am - 10.30am.

All are welcome! Bring a mat if you have one (if you don’t a towel or blanket will do just fine!) and kick start your Sunday the best way with one of your incredible local yoga teachers! Helen Amey, Yoga with Atsuko and Nicola Macdonald
