Otters is a coffee shop on Bidefords Quay with outside seating and serving fantastic Union Coffee, cakes (including Vegan and Gluten free options), breakfasts and burgers.

We are now open daily throughout the summer (weather permitting). Visit our Signal Box, Museum featuring a model railway of the station, restored 1950s carriage operated by Toon station refreshments for drinks, pasties etc. We also have our book shop selling railway books and paperback fiction. Bideford shop was formerly a RSPCA shop and joined us at Little Valley just before Christmas 2021 following the North Devon area merging with us. Claire is the manager and very focused on offering a great range of items and a great friendly service from her team.
