We are a lived-experience led organisation. All our staff – and many of our Trustees – have experience of a significant bereavement, some from a very young age.
We have been trading in Bideford for more than 20 years and are now in the main hall of Bideford Pannier Market, having moved from the shop in Allhalland Street.
We are now open daily throughout the summer (weather permitting). Visit our Signal Box, Museum featuring a model railway of the station, restored 1950s carriage operated by Toon station refreshments for drinks, pasties etc. We also have our book shop selling railway books and paperback fiction. Lavington URC is part of the South Western Synod of the United Reformed Church. We are a very friendly group of about 40 people who like fairly traditional worship but are always open to new ideas. We meet for worship every Sunday morning at 11am. Our services usually consist of hymns, prayers
