The Bideford Youth Pipe Band is based in the "Little white town" of Bideford on the rugged North Devon coast. The Library is open five days a week and offers the full range of library services for adults and children. The main library is busy with over 200 visitors each day and if you need a quieter place to study, the non-fiction room has tables and public access computers. The children have their very own
